About Us

CoLo is a proprietary software designed to reduce occupancy costs for expanding retailers by identifying common targeted trade areas, which expands site procurement opportunities. Colocation development creates economies of scale and results in lower occupancy costs and/or better sites for all tenants.

01

The Problems

  • Time required to source and procure co-tenants (NDAs, share site data, REC approvals, etc.) within PSA timeline.

  • High cost of land, construction, materials, labor, and financing.

  • Scarcity of appropriately sized land for specific tenant use.

  • Inefficient co-tenant procurement process

  • Limited trusted Co-tenancy relationships.

02

The Solution

Embracing technology and confidentiality controls, CoLo dynamically unites multiple tenants seeking new locations in the same targeted trade areas in each DMA to address colocation challenges.

03

The Process

  • Enter generic site preferences

  • Upload hotspot or targeted trade area data

  • CoLo cross references customer hotspot data and preferences with the data entered by other retailers.

  • Follow stepped approval process (to ensure confidentiality)

  • CoLo generates co-tenancy matches and allows users to approve one another for information sharing.

  • Upon mutual approval, contact information between relevant parties is shared and an online site procurement meeting us arranged.
